I would have given it 5 stars but I found the sizing off, i originally ordered a size 10 based off my measurements and it was too big, however after i got it resized l to a 9 I feel it is a bit tight.
Otherwise I loved the ring, i havent destroyed my cuticles in over a week a d the customer service I experienced was fantastic.

We got these rings for myself and my 2 daughters!! They are absolutely perfect. I especially liked the card that came with it explaining the purpose of the rings, so the girls could show their teachers. My only thing that I would have liked is maybe having 3 of them (or in our case 2) so they could each take a card to school to keep on them if any staff asked.

As someone who suffers with ADHD and anxiety I've found these really helpful and it's really good because unlike some other rings I've seen they blend in with any normal rings you might wear and they're really versatile, I do recommend getting spares in case you lose some as I've come close to loosing kind a couple times while playing with it. :)

I wanted the rings to help stop my pen-clicking habit at work, since my work mates hate hearing the noise.
But I still wish the rings spinning was a little quieter. Perhaps jewellers could reduce the space between the spinning part and the base? Or perhaps theres an oil you could recommend for silencing moving parts of jewellery?
