I love my spinner fidget ring. I actually call it my "calming ring" because it adds a positive to the negativity associated with anxiety. I think it's a great aid to help lessen my anxiety and it also distracts me. I'm glad I made the purchase. My only little negative, is that it doesn't spin very freely. These rings are fantastic! It's amazing how much it has helped my child. They usually have some sort of small fidget gadget with them, but the ring helps enormously to take the place of that. I bought the silver one and it looked fantastic when I first opened the package. But ā¦. It lost its shiny silver look once I had washed my hands and is now a lead kind of colour. I use it to mostly stop touching my nails and cuticles so it is helpful. Just doesnāt look as good already.
